What You'll Do:
• Provide best practices and resources for our Enterprise Business Intelligence Tools.
• Test and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting solutions.
• Develop innovative reporting solutions.
• Maintain and expand your business knowledge and customer relationships.
• Formulate and implement analytic solutions to uncover business trends.
• Execute routine tasks independently.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
• Field of Study: Data and Analytics, Finance, or Insurance and Risk Management.
• Availability: Full-time starting May 2025.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Report development/design experience (Tableau or Workday).
• Previous experience in the P&C Insurance industry.
• Ability to gather requirements from insurance professionals and collaborate with IT to deliver reusable data assets.
• Testing experience, including verification of financials and other metrics in reports or data marts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
